Strongman

B.I.G. B.O.E. powerlifting programs are designed specifically for lifters of all ages, levels and experience. All programs are 100% specific to the lifter’s needs which will be evaluated by videos of performing specific lifts and a questionnaire that will be filled out to program for specific goals. Powerlifting is great for those who have some girth and want to put it to good use, as well as those who just want the strength of a girth monster! Custom Template – Those purchasing the template will get an in-depth program customized to fit their needs and goals. There will also be a post-evaluation for each powerlifter at the end of their program. Powerlifting Club – Those joining the B.I.G. B.O.E. Powerlifting Club will receive weekly coaching, an initial in-depth analysis, feedback and adjustments on an individual basis. This will allow each powerlifter to be evaluated constantly, and get the most out of their weekly microcycles. Templates are sold in 4, 8, 12, and 16-week mesocycles. The Powerlifting Club is a monthly or annual Subscription.

The girthiest of all strength sports!  You can now get a specifically developed program for a strongman in the off season or leading up to a competition.  Both B.I.G. B.O.E. coaches have trained for competitions with and without the use of strongman implements. This program is tailored to the equipment you have available, as well as your strengths and weaknesses. The goal of each program is to make you the most well-rounded, dominate, strongman/strongwoman in any competition you enter. There will also be a post-evaluation for each strongman/woman at the end of their program. The new combination of girth and athleticism.  B.I.G. B.O.E. will design a specific program to help you achieve your goal’s of not only the 3 powerlifts, but also the snatch and clean & jerk. This program is also very versatile for those individuals who like to compete in powerlifting and weightlifting separately.  Template – Those purchasing the template will get an in-depth program customized to fit their needs and goals. general fitness

The lifters who want disgusting abs! These programs are completely designed to help our clients achieve their goals.  Clients will still be evaluated on specific lifts to accommodate weaknesses and to progress correctly and safely. Goals for the general fitness program can be shedding some baby weight, obtaining that beach bod for summer, getting off that blood pressure medicine, and much more! Our tactical programs are specifically geared towards military, law enforcement, protective services, first responders, fire and rescue and more.  Each program is evaluated on specific needs of the individual and their specific job duties.  This program is specialized to keep the client healthy, conditioned and strong. The B.I.G. B.O.E. coaches have nearly two decades of experience working with athletes. It is here where there is a blend of multiple training principles to create the most resilient, well-rounded athlete possible. The goal here will not be a massive powerlifting total, or train to compete in the Olympics – the goal is to simply maximize your athletic potential by using a unique blend of methods proven to get results.
